Welcome to Cuzinz Catering, spitbraai specialists!

We are the Spitbraai specialist in Gauteng. Welcome to the website of Cuzins ( cousins ) Catering . We started doing spit braais as a hobby in 1995 and have perfected the art since then. We use a gas spit braai so are able to cater indoors and there is no smoke from a messy coal fire used in the past. We have a few menu ideas but are very flexible when it comes to your needs. Please feel free to contact me at any time to discuss any aspect of your function.

Spit Braai Option One
  • Marinated Beef Topside
  • De-boned Legs of Lamb
  • Whole Lamb on the spit marinated with sweet BBQ
 Spit Braai Option Two (Prego's)
  • Marinated Beef Topside, cooked on the spit served on a freshly baked Portuguese roll with lettuce, tomato and fried onions
  • Two rolls per person
 Spit Braai Option Three
  • Fresh rolls with butter
  • Choice of marinated Beef or Deboned Lamb Topside
  • Served with Roasted Potatoes, Green and Coleslaw Salads
Spit Braai Option Four
  • Freshly baked rolls with butter
  • Marinated Beef Topside or Deboned Lamb Leg
  • Served with Roasted Potatoes. Pasta salad with olives and basil, Green and Coleslaw salads
  • Assorted chocolates
 Spit Braai Option Five
  • Snacks: Cocktail Samoosas, Sausages, Sausage rolls and Chips and dip
  • Marinated Beef Topside or Deboned Lamb Leg
  • Served with Roasted Potatoes, Green and Coleslaw salads

  • Snacks: Cocktail Samoosas, Sausages, Sausage rolls and Chip and dip.
